I’m currently doing this right now with my x3. Did you have to remove the lower coolant line as well, the one right below the one you replaced on the turbo. On my 2019 x3 the lower coolant line is sitting on top of the coolant return line (the one you replaced). I can’t seem to get it out of the turbo I’ve been pulling and wiggleing it but it’s stuc. I’m using PB blaster silicone lube. Any tips or trick to get that line out of the turbo? Thanks

Thank you so much for this video! I just finished replacing the exhaust manifold on my 2012 accent. Took me 3-4 hours working at my own pace and your idea to take off the motor mount to make space was crucial to it going so well. Anyways, If someone finds this video because you're considering fixing your own dirty cat, this method of dropping the motor temporarily worked for me. Job wasn't exactly easy, but had no major hassles. Cheers!
