Congrats on the milestone, I love your vid cause you cover more underrated/classics ppl talk about as much. & u might be interested to know another Hideo Yamamoto manga is getting a release this year being Hikari-man & will be in 4 2in1 omnibus, & i will still recommend Fight Class 3 its a great martial arts manhwa🤘

Thanks for watching! I read through the first part of Chainsaw Man, Goodbye Eri, Look Back and his older short story releases and I didn't like any of it. Just not a fan of his writing at all. When he would get a new release in English I would check it out just because of the hype but at this point I just realize he's just not for me. I'm glad other people enjoy his work though!

Yeah loving some of ablaze releases but unfortunately indie publishers keep having delays 1 example being & I'd recommend it unless you have it? being Fight Class 3, 2 omnibus r out but there's no vol 3 so-far, I hope it's been canceled😢 & looking forward to there Gannibal releases as well. & Great haul👍

Never heard of Fight Class 3 I'll have to look into it. I backed the kickstarter for the boxset of Gannibal so I'm just going to wait on that to read the series. Hopefully comes out sometime next year.

I also grabbed the last few volumes of Delicious in Dungeon I needed from MerryManga. I’ve been buying my back-orders from them and all my pre-orders from B&N and I’m pretty satisfied with that.

I'm pretty lucky that here in Arizona we have a bunch of places that sell used manga. Bookmans, Zia Records, Book Off, Changing Hands, Half Price Books. There are around 10 of these stores within a 40 minute drive of me so I'll usually swing through most of them every month or so.

You're not alone in not liking Breath of the Wild; I tried it out and did not care for the open world aspect of the game. Different strokes and all. However, I am very interested in getting that Zelda box set you showed.

Just to clarify I did like Breath of the Wild and finished it I just didn't like the direction it was taking the franchise which they then tripled down on with Tears of the Kingdom which I do dislike and couldn't even force myself to finish. Looking forward to the Twilight Princess manga boxset coming out in September also. I love that game and never read the manga yet.

I find unhauls just as entertaining as hauls. Personally I can't unhaul anything till I read it, but after that I don't feel a need to hold on to it if it didn't hook me.

They are mostly just IKEA Billy's with extra shelves to maximize space. www.ikea.com/us/en/p/billy-bookcase-black-oak-effect-40477340/#content For the smaller shelves they are various sizes of Atlantic cabinets bought from Amazon. The biggest one's were bought almost 15 years ago so I don't know if the quality is still good.

That's tough without knowing your specific manga tastes. I love all 3 of Kyoko Okazaki's releases that we've gotten in English (Helter Skelter, Pink, River's Edge), Drip Drip by Paru Itagaki is one of my favorites, Cats of the Louvre by Taiyo Matsumoto. Those are just some off the top of my head that I love.

I flipped through one and they weren't that bad for reading. Those Dark Horse Lone Wolf & Cub singles are even smaller. I'm not sure why Dark Horse is trying to make them as small as possible.

Fun fact: "nyā" in Japanese is their onomatopoeia for "meow" so the Nyankees manga is a play on that (and I assume yankī, which is Japanese slang for delinquent, judging by the catitude on the cover 😾) 😺 Great haul! Lots of nice picks 🎉

I’m really glad Viz reprinted Vagabond 37 for everyone who needed it, I feel like that volume is really necessary to give the series some kind of conclusion/stopping point since it’s been on hiatus for so long. Great haul!

@@thequestyen I have read Genshiken, since you mentioned it, it does kinda have the same plot as Big Bang Theory. Girl dates an otaku and goes along with their otaku lifestyle. I’m not a huge fan of BBT or slice of life comedies, but did enjoy reading the first Genshiken series(never got around to the second). Hopefully you enjoy it!
