I have external disk. 3.5 form factor (from old computer) and I connect via USB 3.0 connector w/ power supply, it never shows up first time, only after re-boot! and meantime other eternal disk (old) USB 2.0 or any USB sticks work like a charm! so it is NO USB ports or anything, i guess it is problem w/ win 10 and w/ generic USB driver, or USB names assigning. after rebooting win10 cleans up something and start working ...

Windows 11 is a mess, I've been having external drives about once every other month do this. If the drive shows up on another PC the fix is to go into Drive Properties > Security Tab > Edit and Remove all entries then Add the user account you wish to access from along with permissions you want to give. Effectively permissions gets corrupted (on stable PC's) and needs to be wiped and reinitiated. I'm amazed i can't find that anywhere online

considering ur "trial" does nothing ima go ahead and say ur a scam because trials are suppose to be full use or at least limited use of all/most functions temporarily but with a free trial u can only see wat is potentially recovered and not even see what it is that is recovered itself (u cant recover anything unless u pay outlandish price so no thnx ill stick to a cracked version if i can find 1)

What should I do if my photos are in onedrive and I deleted all my photos from the trash and my onedrive is not synced with my computer and I try to use anyrecover but it only shows the photos I have on my computer?

HDMI port stopped working on HP Zbook 15 G5 mobile workstation after bios update that was initiated (forced) during a pesky Windows 10 update. Solution: Booted into BIOS and changed the graphic display from Intel UHD (integrated) back to superior Nvidia Quadro P1000 (discrete). HDMI port started working after next boot into Win 10. Don’t know why HDMI port does not work under Intel UHD graphics and will not do any more research. Incidently, while the HDMI port does not work under Intel UHD graphics, when I plugged the monitor into the HDMI port of a Wavlink USB-C docking station, that worked fine. 👍

nice video but it doesn't apply to my situation. My external disk does not show up in finder, disk utility and terminal. It was working fine and suddenly it stopped doing the backups. BTW, I am running Big Sur 11.7.10
