My dad grew up in Greenville(Paris Mtn) , remember going there as a kid and complaining, it wasn’t a nice place to visit. We moved to Brevard and visit all the time, beautiful town, but a day is enough, just too much. So glad the city and county are looking at being more reasonable. Hendersonville and Brevard need to take heed, careful what you wish for.

hi , just watched this video,, thank you for the honesty. I have already relocated here from florida for a job.. I was very disillusioned regardarding the walkability .. I ride a bike, or walk . The bus service here is very inconsistent . Do you have any information whether greenville will be addressing the need for this to become better and safer.. It will certainly help to have a nicer better community travel to get some of this traffic slowed...

Thoughts on building a 5,000 - 7,000 sqft lakefront family estate here? Seeking somewhere with dozens of free acreage obfuscated by lots of bushways and whatnot. Appreciate the helpful video, sir!

The wife and I are moving down by the end of August. We will be working in Greenville, I've been looking at TR, Liberty and Easley. Looking for a great proud American place to call home.
Are their jobs down there? Ubering, gig work? Homesteading...

As I am narrowing down my choices of places to move my top favorite areas are GreenvIlle, Little River and around Charleston/low country. I am definitely a beach person, but all of the nature surrounding Greenville is absolutely stunning. I have lived in Utah for the past 3.5 years as it was the best place to live during covid. We had absolutely zero restrictions. I live in St. George which is in the desert surrounded by all of the big red rocks you see in all the photos of Utah. I am NOT a desert person and I never planned on staying in Utah. It was just a placeholder during covid. I am so ready to leave Utah and get back to the South. It has been 115 degrees the past several days and that's the norm for July and August. I have lived in Georgia, Tennessee and Mississippi and spent lots of time in Florida and South Carolina, however, this was all prior to 2020. As someone who represents Greenville (and you make the best videos!) why would a person be happier living in Greenville over Little River or the Low Country? I know this is kind of a broad question, but if you had to pick 3 reasons why life in Greenville would be better than coastal SC what would you highlight? I am looking for a dog friendly community (thank you for pointing out your dog's holistic vet in another video) and genuine friendly people. Utah is not dog friendly nor are the people unless you belong to the main religion of the state...sad to have to say this, but it's true. But the cost of living including taxes is very reasonable here with the exception of housing. But since i bought a new construction home in 2020 with a very low interest loan, I am not impacted by the very high cost of housing in Utah. I am a big fan of Teddy, the golden retriever, and follow his youtube channel Aguyandagolden since I am a passionate golden retriever lover. I am sure you are familiar with Teddy and Jonathan since they live in the Greenville area. In addition to your videos with specific information about housing and the real estate market, I learn so much from watching "Teddy Tuesday" videos as they highlight many dog friendly activities in the Greenville area. Would love your thoughts and comparisons on Greenville with Little River and the Low Country. Thank you so very much for your time and responses.

How do you survive the humidity (besides using a ac)? Realistically, how many months is it unbearably hot ? What’s the best skeeter repellent spray? 🦟 😂

How is winter? Any close winter attractions? Skiiing?
@gvlrealestate20 күн бұрын
Winter is mild. Average temp in the 40's and 50's during the days and it'll be in the around 40 at night. The closest skiing options would be in western North Carolina just over an hour away. Winterplace in WV is 5 hours away, and Snowshoe is 6-7 hours away if I remember correctly.

Hey Will, do you have a video talking about the crime in GV, but in more detail? Something like this video for example kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oreDi6hhrcqpc6c.html I don't live there and I've read online about "bad places" like Berea and Sans Souci, (not saying these places are bad, just what I've read online), but since you're a local and a realtor, maybe you'd like to make a video for those interested in re-locating to GV.

Would love for you to make a video that highlights parks, trails, restaurants and other places that are dog friendly. I am leaving a community because it is anti-dog on every level so your comment about Unity Park was noted! Being a dog person, a dog friendly community is at the top of my list! Thanks so much. Would also be interested in locations of pet stores (big box and novelty), veterinary clinics and hospitals when you feature a suburb. Thank you for always sharing really great details in your videos.

Make sure to get private inspections on all phases of build, move, in and one year Mark. especially in attic for trusts, roof, do not use their inspector, use your own, or you'll be stuck with their incompetent gotcha money saver's at your cost.
