Hi Nan!!! I have lived in West Texas for 30 years and back when Furrs Supermarket was still around, I purchased a knife much like the one you used in today’s video, and I have been looking for that Same type of knife. Would you Please tell me the brand of it??? My kids were also wanting one Just like that one. I sure wld appreciate it if you cld tell me the brand name. I have really enjoyed your videos. Mine similar. I use chopped onions but no milk. I prefer saltine crackers. Everyone cooks differently. I noticed you add the eggs in a separate bowl 1 at a time. I have done that since the 1st day I began cooking. Very smart idea because I've broken a few eggs that were awful inside and could not use. I hope everyone does it that way so they dont have to throw out the dish they are making. I enjoy watching you. Have a blessed weekend! 🌹

I like to use the box recipe from Lipton French Onion soup mix. Sometimes if I have company over to eat I will make an actual “loaf” using an actual loaf pan, being sure to cover all the inside with cooking spray. Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up. Then take out to cook either in the oven, or as has become my preferred method, the pellet grill. Bon Appetite.
