I have 1 Barrack, 10 infirmarie's, 5 manors. If you want build fast , you need 1 barrack , 1 infirmary and others all manors lv 25 for train troops fast..

I think not easy against maxed account. If you train 10m each inf and cav t2s and 3m range t3s then your comb working I think but. I'm not 100% sure against Titans. Because in these days igg change stats and damage..
