No plastic around the box. I bought mine at the local Apple Store. The way you see it in the beginning of the video is how they handed it to me at the store.

Don’t try to get your watch taken care of under AppleCare because you’re gonna get a watch without the O2 sensor so you wasted your money. my Apple Watch nine that I bought at the end of February on Amazon I was never told there was a problem and I bought it cracked the screen and was told sorry you’re gonna lose the O2 sensor when you send it into AppleCare and even if you take it to a service center you’re still gonna lose the O2 sensor. One of the main reasons I bought the Apple Watch nine and now I’ve got a crack screen and a microphone that doesn’t work all of a sudden that’s the latest and greatest. What a waste of $400 between the cost of Apple care the watch itself. It gets better. I contact AppleCare. I’ve did it in text form just so I would have the evidence they told me they were going to be removing the O2 sensor as a security precaution. It has a security issue with it is what they told me which is a lie . Oh, I’m so disgusted. I don’t know what I’m gonna do, but I bought it from Amazon after all of this stuff started. I purchased it at the end of February and now I have a piece of junk in my hand that I can’t even get serviced without losing the oxygen sensor that I so very much needed and that is why I purchased it.

Few mins back I had the same issue but later it started working for me. Reboot your watch and phone again. If its didn’t works reboot your phone again. This trick worked for me hope this helps.

I got the ultra 2 about 2 weeks ago I wasn’t a fan of the band at first but it’s grew on me I like it but I’m very happy with mine it does everything I don’t need my phone that much this thing rocks

Just got mine a few days ago the last watch I had was a series 7 about a year ago unfortunately I had to sale it but I was in the position to get another watch so why not ultra this watch is so nice it’s rugged but yet nice looking the action button comes in handy and I’m not a big fan of the double tap battery is fantastic the 36 hours they advertise is way more

Congrats you will like the Ultra watch! I like the Ultra so much. I like the bigger face and look of it. The battery life is so much better than my old watch I don’t feel like I’m charging it all the time.

So Apple charges the same amount of $ even though they disabled the BO Monitor. Why don't they discount the price since they are taking away features that other people paid for and got? They don't say if or when they will reenable this feature but you are paying for it. That's pretty stupid.

Airttag isn't a gps tracer because it uses iphone network not Satellite

Not GPS though. It pings other iOS or MacOs devices to determine location.

Correct it updates it’s location when another Apple phone or computer is near buy so when you use the find my app the location is accurate.

They do not need to be charged, but you will need to change the battery out once a year from what I’m told. The next video will be on how to change the battery on an AirTag. Look for that next week.

@@EightyTwoTech Yeah, but the problem is, they didn’t tell me that when I bought it at Amazon brand new in February so now that I need service on the watch, I’m gonna lose the feature and the only reason I bought it was for the oxygen feature to monitor different health issues and also because I hike higher elevations. I’m so upset right now and now the microphone decided to quit working on top of it all piece of junk.

If you buy it at apple the app wont be there, but if you buy it at best buy, it's still there even if you update to 10.3
