Sir whenever I go to speak in public i always fear something is wrong or something bad will happen and i start shivering and my hands start trembling and my heart starts beating fast what to do ??

I think it is more complex than that. It is the previous bad experiences that worsen the fear. I feel like with time it gets worse, from 5/10 I am 9/10. I think what you need is to do 3 or 4 consecutive good presentations to get some confidence.
