Q-tips are excellent for getting into nooks and crannies. Ya just need to watch what you're doing and leave to cotton fibers behind. Thanks for your content.

Buffer lengths and gas system lengths don't have to match. All you have to do is adjust your buffer weight if there are problems.

Man, Aero put a lot of thought into these actions. They took the best of all worlds it seems. 60 degree bolt throw like a Tikka, floating and replaceable bolt head like a Savage, barrel nut system like a Savage, and all while fitting in a Rem 700 footprint with Rem 700 aftermarket trigger support. I don't think you could ask for more in a bolt-action stripped action, it is a kitchen gunsmith's dream action.

Great looks for a safe queen, or if you’re running any kind of junk pistol light. If you’re putting it on a duty gun with a reputable light, you won’t mount fully to the pic rail, and holstering is a problem. Stick with Sig or Wilson Combat modules for anything other than looks.

You actually have 3 safeties on a 1911. Half cock. You can't pull the trigger if it's half cocked.

With a 36yd zero and 55gr, 16"bbl and 1:7 mounted Eotech XPS 3-0 we see printing of about 6-8" high at 100. Everything I see says we should be 2.5-3" high at 100. What are we doing wrong?
