I worked there as security response/Housing Officer Camden Council. We drove through that estate, can’t remember what it was called at the moment. Yes that location is hardcore and got out the car about 3 times, all good though as it’s how you approach people. What an amazing estate as far as housing and parking, communal areas and plenty of recreational areas. Unfortunately it was a failure in my experience as I would rather have just driven through in those times 😢

Ok we all should be thankful to Michael Chapman. With his cinematography this movie entered the Olympus of Movies. But although I am pretty sure NYC is a lot safer today than fifty years ago, it was more vivid, more tasteful. Now it’s like 99% of the American big cities: clean but grey.

Sorry, but I can't feel nostalgia if a movie isn't at least from the 80/90s. The 2000ers and on will never become cult status
@sleepydudespillow9 ай бұрын
To you they won’t, you ain’t the leader of the world to decide what is and isn’t a cult classic💀, a movie doesn’t have to be from the 90s to be a good and classic film

@@sleepydudespillow I did not say that the movie was not good but I dont have any notalgic feelings ! To be a classic, it needs a past era. From the beginning of the 2000s until today there is not a big diffrence, nothing changes, maybe the CGI becomes better. If you watch the 70s, 80s or 90s you can directly see that it was "another time" ... sorry for my bad english 🙂
