Sheesh! You weren't kidding when you said "Drama Queen"! Two words for this pathetic woman - "bad choices". She chose to have children when she probably couldn't afford to look after them. She chose to use drugs - meth in particular is very nasty. She's just an example of "fail after fail after fail......." She has no self-control so the best thing for her is to have control forced on her - jail, in other words. Someone like this will NEVER make progress until they have a hard look in the mirror and face up to how they have messed up (and that it is ALL their fault). Long story short - spend your energy on doing GOOD things, not on screwing up. The sooner she gets that message, the better. I don't think she will, though.
