Mate that is the protective gear 😂 you're 🧠 if you wear a glove on the bandsaw it will de-glove you're hand ( skin you're hand) if one of the links gets caught in the blade and that's the lucky case if you still have a hand 😂 just need to be aware and careful I've been a butcher the last 11+ years used it for hours at a time 6 days a week never cut myself once all just about you're own movements and being aware that you have a hairline of error but that hairline blade will take off you're arm no worries 👍 😂
