That’s so true. I was so stuck in the past wanting to experience it again and being a child again. And I ,,wasted“ my time. It’s actually a really great message what you mentioned. Looking forward to the future and living in the present is something that we should do. Sometimes it’s good to look back to those memories, but we shouldn’t be sad that it’s over, I think we should be grateful that we experienced those memories. Focusing on the present, and living it with a open mind is something that every person should learn. I took great advice from ur video thanks!

I know that sometimes everything can overwhelm you. I’ve found that taking one day at a time and one foot in front of the other. Life is not a race, it’s a journey. Focus on what matters to you and what you enjoy. How would you know pleasure if you don’t have pain. Surround yourself with good people and trust and always trust your inner feelings. Most importantly remember that you have control over your life. Find a good partner in life. Remember to always stop and enjoy the view of your life. Don’t put too much faith in friends because they come and go. Sometimes others enjoy watching you struggle because it makes them feel better about themselves. Family is very important and it’s good to have a family of your own. G-d bless you.

I've always been on the Nostalgia train like you, and I still am, it's the main driver of my music making passion. Knowing what I know now at 29, I'd say sure be nostalgic but also just have fun with life and don't take it seriously, go traveling alone or learn to skateboard etc. all of these things you'll be nostalgic about later and be like wow I've come a long way. Don't get too wrapped up in the past or the future. Letting go, is most potent practice in my human experience because it opens the door life, right now.

and one more thing i do realize how much more well off i am i just envy those who live lesser life doesn't even have to be nescarly poor i wish grew up differently i just feel super complex sense of shame honestly there's more to it than this i've only explain tiniest bit i possibly can but anyways i wish them all well not myself and if anyone wants to talk u can let me know .

honestly i grew up like middle class to upper class and i feel super guilty when i'm around people my age that grew up poor or even just enough to get by so on .. i feel like super guilty uncomfortable insecure about my upbringing i feel like my class dictates me as person but not just that it's very hard to explain this is just tiny bit i just don't crave being growing up this life while there are those that live in much run down areas and etc that's just tiny bit i'm not diong good job at explaining this at all or explaining much but my struggles will never compare to them and i hate myself wish i was reborn born poor but up to lower middle class not some rich kid but i don't want to be hateful towards anyone .. i kinda wanna know more about ur upbringing if u wanna be friends or talk u can let me know i doubt u will read this at all . And i don't mean to sound ungrateful it's just a lot and complex to explain . Wish u all well .

By the way, just a silly thing I want to add is if you want to increase your reaction time you should play osu. Recently I've been noticing my reactions to things have been noticeably quicker, not only to visual things but sounds as well. I'll hear a sound and instinctively move my head around almost instantly. It honestly catches me by surprise too because my body just automatically moves so quick lol

A lot of the time I'll look back at screenshots of messages i've sent years ago and think: damn, I was so funny/smart.. I'll even look at past gaming clips and be like, holy hell I really was good at this game... even better than I thought I was. (I don't have much to say about this but I just think that we underestimate ourselves a lot.) As for complacency, I don't know why most people are complacent their whole lives. I can't stand being complacent. I feel the desire to grow and achieve things literally every second of my existence. I don't know why most people don't want to achieve. I think rather than trying to understand them, I should continue focusing on myself.

I've always been more of a hateful pessimist, so your optimism actually shocked me.. the way you talk about curiosity, discovering what you can achieve, the thought of making it tomorrow, and smiling while everyone else cries... Honestly, it made me emotional because nobody has ever really worded it like this. I'll remember those words.

I told my friend that I liked her recently, and I got rejected lol. It actually hurt quite a lot, especially when she told me that she was already talking to another guy. I didn't give up of course. I thought it through and decided that I need to develop myself more. I still want her too. But I taught myself to think that it's my mission to be with her, not our mission to be with each other; this way I can stay in touch with who I am without becoming too obsessed with her. And the way you said it made me look at it in a new way.. I really need to see how deep this rabbit hole can go.
