Hi Phil, i notice you can sign up for the Roland cloud service on per month basis. What if you try it out for 1 month and download some tones and styles and install them. But just 1 month and then cancel. From this video it seems you said the keyboard will ask you after a period if you are still a member, and if you're not then it will remove your downloaded installed sounds? is that the case? I don't understand how this works. Can you explain? I still don't buy my Go Keys 3 but i will buy in 2 months and I was planning to use the service and get extra tones and styles and stuff.

Thank you Phil. I've psr s 970 already. Im thinking to go for sx900. Is sx900 is better than s 970. In terms of tones and styles does 975 have more features than sx900. Kindly tell me if sx is better or not
@phillc5 сағат бұрын
@SwrjisumaBwiswmuthiary Ty! SX is clearly better as to me, as I hear an old processor and less superior sound in the 970 and 975. Reminiscent of the E473 which is a grade down. A little too hollow for my liking and lacking depth. IMHO. Cheers!

Very helpful, thanks! Quick question. When you go from variation 1 to 2 to 3 etc is it better to press it as you go? I find a bit of a jerk as it transitions. I've been going into the individual chords and adding in there.
@phillcКүн бұрын
Great observation @RevJock!!! Agreed, some styles are indeed jerkier than others! It takes some getting used to, that's for sure. Since I create as I go in many instances, I find doing it on the fly better for my creativity flow, but if I mess up, I do an entire re-take.

Nice demo of your workflow. I do not know Mixcraft, since it seems to be a Windows thing. ( I am on Mac and use Ableton) You use audio recording only here. That may be fine if you are a good player like you. For an amateur like me, recording some parts in midi format seems to be a more logical choice. You can even use other Zencore sounds from the Roland Cloud that way :-)
