i downloaded a wii iso and burned it to a dvd-r disc and it wouldnt play in my modded wii, i did this years ago and it would work, but its been so long maybe i forgot something, i guess it's not as simple as just burning an iso to a dvd-r.what could i be missing?

Unfortunately not at this time, as our 3D Printers are limited in size. Otherwise, I would’ve made one for my iPad XD. With that said we did make the source files available freely on our GitHub Page, and our existing parts on Thingiverse and Printable. So it wouldn’t be impossible to make one on your own. github.com/the16bitgamer/16BitVirtualStudiosDesigns/tree/main/GLoA E-Reader Cases

I feel the Gameboy Advance SP is the best choice for someone's first Gameboy console. Especially if they only plan on getting 1 handheld console. Biggest reason it is compatible to GB, GBC & GBA games of course & has a lit screen. The SP plays all cartridges & the ability to game in the dark. My personal favourite though is the Micro. What a sleek device! 👌

Blast from the past!! I love this game! I replayed it countless of times! You forgot to mention the replay value! The first round throughout the game, everything is very difficult, but after defeating the game, beast mode is enable and you can easily go through the story again, but with so much ease. Battling the kids from different grades makes it very easy to level up fast too!

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for the GBC was the game I played the most as a kid. I replayed with now as an adult and can say that it is one of my favourites games ever. The game looks beautiful and follows the actions of the book rather than the film. The soundtrack is also really well made, like not only for the time it was released but generally well made. What a great game man 🥹

How is the readability indoors, without illumination? I keep reading the screens are much darker and need the lighting to be set to around 30%.
@16bitvirtualАй бұрын
As I said in the video, the screens are next to impossible to tell apart. It was only on camera when I could tell a minor difference. In my well lit home, I can read without the backlight on or off, but I did find myself leaving it on with at least 10-30% back light. But that’s also true with the BW. There are demo booths in book stores with the BW and Color, go take a look for yourself, if you’d like a third opinion.

Hi, my wife has bad eyesight and I saw how when using a VR headset that you can have a large virtual TV screen. Are you able to either connect you nintendo (as I'm not a gamer, nor have been),to the TV to read the text larger or can you connect the VR headset to the nintendo to read on the virtual TV. Your thoughts on this problem would be a great help. Thanks
@16bitvirtualАй бұрын
Yeah… sadly that’s not how that works. You still need glasses to use VR headsets, even then the quality and clarity isn’t very good. Especially if you can get a 10”+ e-reader or tablet. If her eyesight is that bad she can even make the font size massive. I’d recommend an iPad or an Onyx Boox Note Air as they are large screen devices with good book readers built jn. That said if you did want to read in VR your only option would be the Meta Quest 2 or 3. There are multiple book reader apps of various qualities and stability according to google and user reviews. I can’t test it myself as my VR head set (PSVR1) is so low res that reading text in general is difficult, and there are no book apps for it.

I kinda wish there was a PSP “4000” that would basically be a PSP “Pro.” I’d have it be like this: • Fat body of the 1000, but with the manually opened disc tray, and the more advanced disc drives of the 2 and 3000’s. • Screen of the 3000, along with a built-in mic • The game pausing/suspending feature and Bluetooth functionality of the GO, along with 16GB of internal storage, which could be increased with an inserted Memory Stick.

I followed every instruction in the video but for some reason nfs2iso2nfs keeps failing right near the end and making an incomplete nfs file. I have no idea what to do as I used the dumpling browser exploit correctly and ran nfs2iso2nfs exactly like you said to in the video. Am I missing something here? Does the browser exploit version of dumpling (The only way you can do it on aroma) not work with Wii titles?

For reading books, the Clara BW is superior in terms of screen. I would only buy the color one if I read comics, and for that purpose I have an iPad. As my intention is to read books with an ebook, I bought BW.
@16bitvirtualАй бұрын
And good for you. Though while I do use my iPad to read web comics, I find a color e-reader to be kinder to my eyes for longer reading sessions.

The PSP-GO is a waste. However, any other of the iterations are solid. I have the 1000, to be honest a first time buyer should go for either a 2000 or 3000 model.

Hey Boss. Planning on getting my very first e-reader and I'm kinda leaning with Clara BW. Is it worth it? And I don't have a PC so transferring some if my files is one of my future concern. 😅
@16bitvirtual2 ай бұрын
For the file transfers without a PC. You can Download Kobo books directly to the device, and if you run out of space it can be deleted and you won't lose page progress and highlights. Overdrive can also be done on device. As I have lots of non-kobo books, I need a PC to transfer them over. But this is true for all Kobos. As for is it worth it the end of the video summarizes everything. But TL:DW BW & Color are the same minus the color screen. For the extra $20 the Color screen is a nice have. However if you don't care the BW is just as good but not significantly better than Kobos of yesteryear. If you see a 2e or Nia for cheaper get them, if not get the BW.
@wilsonism172 ай бұрын
@@16bitvirtual both are kinda expensive right now here in Philippines so I'll have to wait for the holidays I guess. By the way, can I do OTG tranfer on Kobo?
@16bitvirtual2 ай бұрын
From my testing with both Android 13 and iOS/iPad OS. Yes, you can connect a Kobo to a mobile device. But as their software is immature the only books you’ll be transferring are Adobe digital editions epub or drm free books like those found on Project Guitenberg. Let me put it to you this way. If you are planning on reading a lot of DRM free books, an older eReader is just as good as the modern ones. Not sure what the used market is like over there, but the Likebook, was once popular but with the loss of google play on older Android are cheap options nowadays. And older kobos like the Kobo Aura are cheap too. You’ll lose a bit on performance, but you will only see that during page turns.

Just wanted to give to extra info. The price comparison between the BW and the Kindle was written for the Canadian Prices, which was $30 CAD, not the $10 USD. For $10 the BW is the better deal. As for Storage. Kobo says it has 16GB, but in truth it has 12.4GB/16GB out of the Box, with my PC only reporting 13.4GB available to use.
@casessers26492 ай бұрын

I find the color screen a bit dark and blurry in person, just for reading the classic BNW is the better choice. Also price-wise compared with Kindle is a bit unfair since Amazon heavily pushes their ads and ecosystem to make up for any potential profit loss on selling the device itself and honestly I want my ereader to be as corporation-distraction free as possible.
@16bitvirtual2 ай бұрын
The price comparison was to the Canadian Ad Free Kindle, which is $30 cheaper. Which is why I made that comparison. In the US, the BW is a better deal, but not by much. To my eyes I didn't see much of a difference between the two Clara's in person. It was only when I pointed my camera at them when a slight difference was visible.

Why don't e-readers like these have a micro SD slot to add more storage? That seems like it wouldn't be hard to do.
@16bitvirtual2 ай бұрын
It depends. From my understanding it's probably got to do with licensing, since it cost money to implement the standard. Another excuse... I mean reason is water proofness is harder with a port, especially since they are coating the insides with Plastic for their IPx8 water resistance. With that said, some models of Onyx Boox and Pocketbook have microsd cards. But it's hit or miss.

@16bitvirtual2 ай бұрын
??? There's no such thing as a PSP Vita. Wikipedia is your friend and you'll learn a lot about from it. There is a PS Vita, which was the successor to the PSP. It has PSP Backwards compatibility with a limited library of games through the PSN, more if you install homebrew. A Modded PSP is a PSP running custom software that allows it to run Homebrew games, and software, as well as being able to backup and playing backed up games.
