Thanks for this info! I assumed the properties needed to be fully paid for a golden visa... The question is though, say you have 2 properties AED 1.2 million and AED 800,000. Is it OK to proceed if either on of these prosperities is fully paid. I asked someone else, they said no.

If you still own a property worth more than 2 million, you can renew the Golden Visa by paying the renewal charges.

You will not be able to sponsor your in-laws. However, if your wife were the owner, she could choose to sponsor either her parents or her in-laws.

And As of today, if you make the minimum down payment and obtain the Oqood and Statement of Account from the developer, you can apply for the Golden Visa.
