Good day i was wondering if you are able to assist I have a Nocai NC-UV0609 2017 uv flatbed printer it was printing fine but in the wrong colors we tried to change the color settings of the printer and it totally through off the alignment, the printer prints when I do a nozzle test from the printer itself but as soon as I try to print through SAI the x axles moves in to position but the y axle keeps running till it gets to the limit switch I'm assuming it's a software issue as the UV printer finds itself and the lines itself when starts ups

I am able to print upto 21.3 inch width. If i set the file for print width above 21.3 inch i get the error "Failed to print:,the print width exceeds the distance of max motion" in PrintExp. My printer width is 24 " inches.Please provide solution to print maximum width.

It is easy, you just run two program to fix it. First , Direct Repaired Window software, and second is Microsoft C++

I have aprobleme with print When i print apear this message the system has been locked and not be able to use the print 😢

If the program is locked , you have to remove or uninstall in and reinstall again. In case, it still has the same problem, you have to contact your supplier because your main board is locked by your supplier. You have to ask them the serial number to unlock it.
