I like the red but not as a barrier on the wall. I’d low that by one brick and add like a fence or railing. That’s just my opinion tho
@BRICK.BUTLERSКүн бұрын
I think the dark red gives it that Republic vibe :)

You’re base is completely made of Lego pick a brick wall. lol

The Brick separator damages my plate when I do it. Is there a way that you to not damage the plate. Great content.
@BRICK.BUTLERS2 күн бұрын
Thanks, and yea I notice that too. I don’t know how to avoid it unfortunately :(

I love the wall design, a lot of people will often put way to much detail on walls and make it look messy, yours is clean and has a classic lego/republic feel to it.
@BRICK.BUTLERS2 күн бұрын
That’s what I was going for, keep it simple and capture the republic era feel. Glad you like it!

I've been getting Lego lots lately from parents and grandparents whose children no longer play with the sets they bought them forever ago. The last lot I bought had something like 10 separators, which I have strategically located around my various storage boxes and work spaces.
@BRICK.BUTLERS2 күн бұрын
It’s nice to have lots, I find they get worn out too
@isaacschmitt48032 күн бұрын
@@BRICK.BUTLERS yeah, I've noticed that the wedge point is pretty easy to foul up, especially if you're trying to force it into too small of a gap. Like, say someone stacked a bunch of large plates together and compressed them into a giant brick so he could fit more large plates into the pick-a-brick box. . . It's a great way to work the system, but you pay for it when you get home.

Love how you have the walls some depth but you should add some republic banners or logo on the wall using snot technique (btw it will match the dark red on top and you can get the banner by just getting a custom from any sticker company or just use paper and glue it on a tile
@BRICK.BUTLERS4 күн бұрын
That’s definitely something to think about, and thank you :)

These tips are extremely helpful! Definitely going to keep them in mind when I start Moc building. The Moc you made looks sick and personally I love the 187th troops! Unfortunately I only got two fighter tanks so I only have 6. Keep up the amazing work!

Thanks Frosted! Same here, I’ve only got 6, wish I had more but I’m glad I finally got to use them in a scaled down MOC!

Looking good, maybe for the snot at the top of the pillars. 1 ignot in the middle and 2 trans blue/yellow circular 1x1 tiles on the sides to look like lights and break up the light grey. congrats on 1 year

The walls look great! One thing I’d change would be the top of the red. Personally I’d add grey cheese slopes or tile to give it a smoother look. That is what I’d personally do but it looks great without them! Keep up the great work

Totally, everything on the wall is going to be tiled off and detailed. I’ll be adding those details once I come up with a turret design :)
