"In my opinion, I had the opportunity to fly an R44 in the real world, and comparing this particular model in X-Plane versus MSFS2020, I believe that in both, some sensations are lost that you experience when facing a monitor or with VR glasses in the real aircraft, but that's another topic... I think, for me, the one that most closely resembles the real experience is this model from Sky Labs. I would say it's around 88-95% of the real model, but only if you fly with VR Googles. I have the Quest 2. @@rocketman7115 Thank you, I've just bought it few hours before your answer. I find the model a bit weird : no ground effect, difficult to hover... First impression I prefer the Lama or the EC130 but I'll try later to see if I can get used to it.

No ground effect? So weird! & yup its more difficult to hover than a EC130. "The smaller it is, the more playful & tricky it is in the air, and your inputs should be very subtle. The R44 doesn't have the same argument flight aids as the EC130, so the R44 should be more challenging to fly than the EC130."

@@rocketman7115 It is very subjective. For the Lama everyone told me that it was very realistic and maybe too difficult for learning. I was used to the Cowansim H125 and the HSF EC130 and at the first flight with the Lama I found it responded very quickliy to the commands, it was a bit difficult at the begining but it wasnt a problem because I could feel it I was able to get used to it easily (difficult to describe). At the first flight I was able to use what I learnt previously on other models. I dont feel this with this R44, but I'll keep trying. I only use XPlane12

Hi!! I tried to do more & to be more aggresive with the plane but in my opinion this airplane does't respond in msfs to the rudder like its seen in the real world, this kind of airplanes have a unstable behaivors because weight & b. If you're looking for realism as far a physics is concerned, i recommend you to use XP-12 or DCS World for more realism but its militar but have the best physics for me. Yes, i tried to force the plane to do more aggresive in this maneuvers, but the surfaces or phisics on this simulator aren't yet completely modeled for this, in the real life you see this planes making this maneuvers with more aggresive movements & more control over the control surfaces!. But i tried to do the best i could. 😬

Thanks very much! Yes i was using a TCA Airbus Thrustmaster joystick in this video! I beleive i was using a 45-50% Sensitivity on X & Y Axis. Right now i have a Winwing Hotas Max & are awesome to fly helicopters you will consider to acquire this setup its very useful. I like the joystick because its doesnt have a center detent & is very smooth & responsive. Look for my other videos with Skylabs R44 on X-plane 12 i believe is one of the most realistic models i flown in a flight simulator in addition to helis on DCS World.

BTW you would be so much better instructor-tutor at least with helis in comparison to others showing "tutorials" while having assists ON and still their control is jerky and not precise at all. Hi! Thanks for your comment! I learn to do that because i flew RC Planes & later start to fly real plane but not aerobatics ones. But it's a combination of moment, physic, & primary control combination. For flat spin you have to stall the plane, apply rudder to same side of the turn, opposite ailerons, & a little amount throttle.

More or less!!... i already flown like a passenger on a Christen Eagle in the real life & its more aggresive in the rudder, i would like this plane have the same response in the rudders for better aerobatic performance, but i think msfs is not yet ready for aerobatic flight at the moment, so! Yeah it's a hood bump stop. When you kneel on the board, the top bends with your weight. That rubber is to prevent the lid from bending.

Para nada! De hecho no lo he intentado, pero debe ser meramente imposible por su peso, de hecho de ninguna manera es viable aterrizar ese avión en esa pista, solo lo hice para ver hasta donde llegaba su capacidad de frenado de hecho, lo aterrize unas 3 veces mas adicional a esa, y los 3 fueron de la misma manera, tengo otro video en el que aterrizo el Typhoon desde el App del Tamarindo, y no es muy sencillol!

Pero no es para nada realistico, aterrizar ese avion en ese aeropuerto!.
