Yes you're right and you're so observant ✅️ many mistook they are the same fruit. Jackfruit has a more firm texture, while Cempedak has a more creamy custard like texture and taste very sweet. Is there any Cempedak sold in your country? ❤️

Sadly they have no star, only one restaurant in China has one, another a Bib Gourmand. It is nowadays a chain and each location must be awarded separately a Michelin star, yours has never had any award. ❤️ take care

Oh no, I am more into places that are long established, no chain and are not too heavy on trying to be instagrammable and doing fusion stuff. I have no particular one though, but all outside the US for sure. HK is my fav city for dim sum I think

But when this video first appeared in my KZfaq app recommendation, it didn't appear with that thumbnail.
