Happy owner of GLB for the last 4.5 years. I have this feature in my car and have never, ever used it. Strangely enough, I don't even want to. I'm an old-school driver. I turn around and just park myself perfectly every single time. I love new tech, but some skills are not meant to be replaced and don't really need to be. There are way too many retards out on the streets as it is.

That’s only because Mercedes has so many models that are competing with each other. S class coupe, SL, Amg GT and now AMG 63. It’s always been just a 911 different trims but still a 911. I’ve driven both brands and I’d say the Mercedes is a much better built vehicle. More sturdy, more luxurious, comfortable and plusher drive. If Mercedes started limiting production and not have so many models and variants it would easily surpass Porsche in brand likeness, prestige and overall image.

Rumor is that Folks in the US have had the 2024 gle 63s on order since Nov 2023 and still haven't been given a build start date. Apparently, they'll be getting the 2025 release due to the build being projected to occur after Sept 2024.

Ordered mine April 2023 and got build date early December and arrived just before Christmas, so it is long wait for sure. Even that, factory altered my build and dropped a few options.

If the spec is changing, dealer should let you know, and you can cancel your order if you don't like changes, happens often due some part supply issues
