The days before Chase ruined the club, Now thanks to the curse of Robert Chase the club is a mere shadow of it self. Messing around middle of the table. Sutton, Edie, Coss all the players he sold off. Norwich has had many managers but the only thing that hasn't changed is the way the club has been run. They get as much money off the brand and make very little of the budget open to the manager to actually do anything with.

My 18 year old self was there…a mackem sitting in the Norwich area. The fans were friendly, in total contrast to the rampant football hooliganism that pervaded the beautiful game at the time. One funny story: as we left a young Sunderland supporter was sobbing on his Dad’s shoulder. Another Sunderland fan tapped the kid on his shoulder and said something like, “cheer up son, you’re going to have to get used to this if you support that lot!”

30 years ago now since we won against Bayern Munich. Norwich made History as they were the only English club to beat Bayern Munich at there then home ground the Olympic Stadium in Munich 😊

I was in the crowd that day and we got beat 😭 lucky Norwich. My first visit to Wembley I videoed this back home while I was at the match and I still haven't watched it after this time still got the tape ....

I am a Norwich fan; watched this at uni in North London. Had a few too many and bet a 100 quid with each of my fellow housemates that Norwich would win. It was a clean up. That was a lot of dosh in those days.
