This video has been coming up on my feed for awhile. And I keep wondering should I watch it or not. Few weeks now I have watched tonnes of videos on Guruji own channel. Point is if I watched this first before all the others, I would have got so many…yess no answered. 😂 So cool really. I am so greatfyl to him .. I starred getting guidance from Sai baba and Maha avatar Babaji innmy meditations after watching or following his podcasts. This is real.. I was crying for some unknown reason and felt very lonely and kind of down feet like going back home town to meet my parents so I wld feel better. But all of sudden while arranging my wardrobe I found a shining new silver pendant of Sai baba ,, I instantly felt cheerful. Of course I bought it long ago when I visited Shirdi last sep but completely forgot about it.. now I am happy the mindcset changed. Tnx guruji 🎉🎉🎉🎉💥

I'd just started believing in his speeches..but this one has put some doubts on my mind.. in a channel called understanding death..he said that he was 42 years ood.. here he's saying he is 50 years old!! Could be a slip of tongue but still its a contradiction and who falters with one's own age and by such a margin?!

Namaskaram, could you help me with some advice? It's been over half a year since I was initiated into Shambhavi, and 2 months ago I started Angamardana and Bhuta Shuddhi, and last weekend I included Surya Kriya in my Sadhana. My personal situation has improved a lot, but I have agoraphobia and find it very difficult to leave the house, and in general, I don't feel very stable, although the anxiety has improved considerably. I just watched your videos about the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and heard you mention that Nadi Shuddhi and Aum provide a lot of mental stability. I've heard other people say 20 minutes of Shuka Kriya and 20 minutes of Aum. Which one would be better in my case? Or is there no difference between one and the other? By the way, I have tried to carry out that Sadhana but I really struggle a lot to do it, any advice? Thank you very much and sorry for the inconvenience 🙏🏻

Hmm let’s see… Option A: Do your Sadhana and get improvements in your life overall, overcoming your fears, etc. Option B: Stay stagnant, remain with fears and anxiety. You get to pick one option everyday. Keep it simple. Plus there are many other aspects to spiritual practices which may not be in your awareness yet, but you will receive its gifts in the future. I would recommend Nadi Shuddhi to you considering the challenges you mentioned.

Also guys I watched TRS mainly Maharshi Nandy and I had tonnes of questions in my mind, I didn't get answers from him when I wrote to him, but miraculously, Guruji's podcasts just appeared before me without searching. Had never heard of him. I am on the right path of exploring my spirituality. As far as him appearing The Ranveer Show, I think knowing Guruji, Ranveer might need to get out of his podcast room and meet Guruji outdoors. Beyond his comfort zone. 😂

Hungry for more.I am awake at 11:10 pm, and haven't yet started my Rashmidevi maryada. Today I am very grateful to you for giving Babaji's mantra. Ichha, Kriya, Gyana, Baba, Namaha. I actually felt his presence in you. I am asking for strength to be able to do my Devi Maryadas. I started two days ago and I went for a toss!
