I had the same thing. It's the voltage. You have a 52V battery fully charged and the stock firmware won't accept that voltage. I hit the same thing and ran the battery down to 54V or something and it worked fine. I think you have to flash the FOSS firmware to get it to work. If this was sold to take 52V then I think it was misflashed, or mislabeled. github.com/OpenSource-EBike-firmware/TSDZ2_wiki/wiki

Seems it is an issue with the battery voltage of that motor. You can use our flexible OpenSource firmware that should solve that, you can use any voltage battery pack from 24V up to 52V, see here: github.com/OpenSource-EBike-firmware/TSDZ2_wiki/wiki
