@ATALETN15 сағат бұрын
Am almost sure it’s the abs module but before replacing it u might need to check break switch and wires if damaged. U might not get a new module and in that case try eBay for a used one.

Hi, friend. I have a similar problem on my 2004 Honda Accord, 3.0L, with the TCS and the exclamation point triangle. When I start the car everything is fine, but when I drive for a while or leave it stopped for a while, those lights on the dashboard come on and the car turns off at the same time, whether walking or stopped. Sometimes it even takes a while to want to turn on again. I ran the diagnosis with a scanner and it showed codes 68-01 and 86-01, I checked fuses, wiring and everything, but there is no problem, there is correct electrical power to the ABS module. Do you think you should replace the ABS module like you did in the video? I will greatly appreciate your response 🙏
@ATALETN21 күн бұрын
I would recommend you change the ABS module first and if that doesn’t work u can change the break switch on the pedal.

I have the same wires 1/0 scar wire kit. But it's hard to push it through that opening. I haven't tried lubing the wire. But did you push it through the inside out or outside in the car? Let me know, thanks
@ATALETN2 ай бұрын
Ok so what I did was, I lube the wire with a little break fluid. I lube the power and the car wires with my fingers to get lass friction so that nothing got damaged. Run the power from inside and make sure to use something sharp to round the top edge or the power wire. Use ur finger to slightly open up the rubber booth. N slightly lubricate the booth also. Make sure while you are inside the car someone else outside watching the wire coming through. Took me two hours just to put it through.

If you're in the US then the FMCSA regulations mandate 100psi in the drives and trailer tires and 110 on the steers. It's not dependent on your preference. Failure to maintain those pressures would get you fined if you get a thorough dot inspector.

@ATALETN6 ай бұрын
There is a way to reset that TCS light but if that doesn’t work I would recommend you run a diagnostic first, if there is no code please check the TCS switch close to the steering. If that doesn’t help check the break light switch and now the last thing to do is change the ABS module. I hope that information helps.

You could be right yes but most technicians, once they find out it’s the TPS, they just change the entire thing and then re-calibrate.

So when you're in 3 and the conditions are right(rpms are low enough) and you press it down to "b" it will downshift to slow down more effectively. You press it down to "b" and release it back to 3. Pressing it down signals the transmission that you would like to downshift. Hope this helps everyone
