Had the chance to usher back to back nights of Bowie in Cleveland,Ohio on this tour. 1st night I was situated at area where music was controlled Talking with a guy at the board and then asked "want to say hi to David?" OMG Immediately said yes.. Remember saying something like hello,is this David Bowie? From behind speakers on stage I could hear him say hello and then saw him. What a moment I was 17 at time and I was a Bowie fan ever since!!!!

I'm pretty sure I saw a story in LIFE magazine or something way back in the 60s or early 70s about some kind of protest encampment, with tents and stuff, and it was called Suffragette City. I'm pretty sure this is where Bowie got this term.But now I can't find any mention of it. Nobody seems to have any idea what this actually means.

Break up the band he did

In the very early 1980s we went to see this movie just for BOWIE . The movie was..kinda gross. I was very happy to learn that Bowie had very high regards for this song. One of my favorites . I was THRILLED that he did this when I saw him at MSG on the Let's Dance Tour. (My only Bowie concert) .

Now I'm not the biggest Bowie fan, but there has been nothing like him ever totally out there musically 🤯❤️
