Two words!! TOMMY CLARK!! Being a new driver out of school, Schneider was the first company I decided to go with. I am a good driver 2400+ miles a week, never any safety issues, never rocked the boat.. The DTL Tommy Clark is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. How Schneider thought a person like that can deal with people?!? They obviously are scrapping the bottom of the barrel? Never once was he helpful, never once was he easy to deal with and not condescending for any question you asked? Dealing with him truly makes me hate my job! I am 40, have every endorsement, hazmat, tanker, twic, have a MBA, am educated, honest, and a good guy. I have never in any job had to deal with someone so unpleasant. I am getting ahold of HR to lodge a formal complaint against the way he treats/interacts with people. This review is to hopefully reach NEW drivers, or experienced do not take a job out of the Edwardsville, IL OC!!! I promise it will be the biggest mistake of your life. You may be thinking o' it's something wrong with me, or I am not giving a full story. I am, I have never done anything to get in trouble. Have talked to drivers with 10+ years and everyone hates dealing with him. It is unavoidable if you are out of the Edwardsville, IL OC.. Go somewhere else!! Werner!! Dollar General!! Roehl!! Dealing with this guy will make your life absolutely miserable. I know my time here has been absolutely miserable here. With 4 kids, wife, etc, I wanted it to work out for at least a year here. But, I am already putting in applications for other jobs, because when things go wrong, which does here almost daily, you have to call and deal with him, makes the job so much harder than it already is. Just a warning, remember you read this if you make the mistake in coming here. It won't take long before you regret it. It's only been a month for me, and this has been one of the worst mistakes of my life, and it all is because of Tommy Clark.. Just an unhappy, bad guy! I almost feel sorry for him, must have a miserable life, and he is definitely the misery loves company type.

That app doesn't allow you to change tabs ,,if you request a code and exit your tab and ho into your email to get the code and cone back,,,,the Schneider tab expired and you have to do everything again ! Pretty much not possible to sign up with a phone

The interface on the site is user-friendly and clear, but there's a problem, you don't have normal representatives anymore. You used to have a great employee. We used to work with Dean and he recommended you to my colleague). We missed him so much! She didn't explain to me why we don't check out Schneider nowadays. We want to work with Schneider, please provide us with a good representative.
