I don't know, you're doing something wrong. The mod works without problems. See if you have downloaded everything you need. The video explains how it works. If you still have a problem in the description of the video, you have a link to the topic on the SCS forum, so write the problem there, someone will help you.

Thank you! I don't use any reshade. I use JBX2 and PNG graphics. As for the skin, it is an integral part of the mod.

It should be able to work without DLCs. I have all the DLCs, so I can't give you exact information, download the mod and try it.

1:03 it's look extremely bad unfortunately, what this morning skybox do during afternoon and how the lightning look bad ? About improved mod weather, I made improvements, like decrease the reflection in the morning because it's was looking bad, made the morning brighter after noticed SCS lightning was bad compared to real life. I change the fog distance because it's was too far for mountain environments. Now there be going 38 new skybox in 4k so everyone can run without issue.

That has nothing to do with this mod. I also use the Michelin DLC and in this video those tires are on the trucks and everything is working perfectly. The problem is caused by some other mod you are using.
