The neighbourhood sucks. McMansions everywhere. The designs are so out of place.

So strange to see over overhead powerlines in a rich neighborhood in one of the most developed countries in the world.

One issue that I heard over the places like shinjuku ,kabukicho is, If you dropped into certain bars in those areas (mostly without name boards ,may be a bit hidden from the main street views too ). They overcharge the customers to unbearable levels.. As long as ** **No direct eye contact with the street yakusa type boys*** and simply walking minding your own business , neither antagonising nor paying any attention, You can enjoy yourself with PEACE.

Never trust a Jpn person they are so fake.

Been to that Starbucks a couple times before. Pretty cozy to be in this neighbourhood. Though a lot of people talk shit about the Denen-Toshi Line for how pretentious the residents are, I find it relaxing to stick around there. I like Tama Plaza too.

Most of these houses are large by Japanese standards but are unimpressive from the street. If you go on Google Maps aerial you'll see that they have gardens and green spaces on the opposite side. Of course, we can't see what those look like.
