This is why i say south african police are useless. Question= are cops allowed to record a civilian who is being detained with their personal phones? South african law is weak because they hire incompetent people to be cops. Most cops are cops because they want money and being a police officer requires no qualification in south africa. Which is why just about anyone can be a cop.
