Remove all Bluetooth devices and reset your Bluetooth on the smartphone. Then reset the smartphone and try to connect again.

your video is a life-saver, I was about to throw the watch away already.. After changing the region to China, it works!! the only problem is that it is now in Chinese and I can figure out how to change the language to Italian or at least to English. Can you help?

Sure. The default watch face is in Chinese. Just change the watch face to something else. Try that.

No, the bands for the Fitbit Inspire HR are not compatible with the Fitbit Inspire 2 or Inspire 3. Each model has a different design and attachment mechanism, so the bands are not interchangeable between these models.

@@HowToReviewYT If I could impose on your kindness further-how long do you think the FitBit Inspire HR will continue to work? I have so many replacement bands that, based on what you told me, will not work on the Inspire 2 and 3 and so it would be a shame to stop using them. I live in Asia and so I am confident I will still to buy the Inspire HR in the short to medium term from various sources. But do you suppose there will ever come a time when the just gets so old that even new ones fresh out of the box will just stop working-or cease to be compatible with the mobile app? Thank you and my apologies for imposing on you like this.

While the hardware typically lasts 2-5 years, battery degradation and compatibility with future app updates could pose challenges. Fitbit generally supports devices for several years, but older models may eventually become incompatible with new app features or smartphone OS updates. Given your ability to still purchase the Inspire HR in Asia, you should be able to use it for the foreseeable future, but it's wise to stay updated on any announcements from Fitbit regarding support for older devices.

You have to remove one of the options from your 6 exercises. Then a "+" will appear giving you all available options. You can only do 6 at a time though.
