Do permit hote hai, gurudongmar ka and nathula dono ka. and dost saat me hai jiski gaadi hai to documents saare hai to koi issue nahi hai. but aap google me search kare "sikkim permit agent" and first link pe ek phone number rahega uspe ek baar kar le coz mai phele gaya tha and rules change ho sakte hai abhi
