I am using the same product as you. However, the maximum temperature of my card rises to close to 90 degrees even after less than 10 minutes. As for my computer usage environment, I have removed the case, maintained as much air circulation as possible, recently applied new thermal grease, and tried everything to reduce heat generation by reducing power consumption by 20% compared to before. I tried to control the heat by installing an additional Intel CPU cooler that was stored as a spare, but it failed. At this point I'm wondering how you reduce heat generation and maintain a constant temperature. Could you please tell me the method you used?

After reducing power consumption and running the fan @100, you should see at least 25% reduction in heat generation. The card i am running a relatively new card, around 2 years old, little used. are you using afterburner? settings? How are the fans doing?

how many watts need this gtx 1070 under stress. i have rx 480 xfx and it says on website 150w tdp but its actually 120w tdp so i wanna make sure how many watts it takes gtx 1070 cuz i wanna to buy one and my power is weak to run 150watt gpu its says it 400watt but its acutally 250watt i mean the 12v line is only 21A so the gpu and cpu only takes 248 watt

It can thermal throttle to 175w with tweaking but mostly it stays at 125w in normal conditions. Bigger Pws is mostly recommended.

@@plebeiannetwork3783 alr thank you. but after researching I found that the gtx 1660s will be the best GPU for my spec. and its got newer chip and same performance but less tdp so its the best choice I guess
