Curator of rusted equipment.
My name is Ary, I drive a 1960 Chevrolet Apache ten that used to have its original 235 Stovebolt inline six engine. That engine, after ten years of ownership/service, finally spun a rod bearing in July of 2023. I've since replaced it and swapped in a 350 V8 from an 84 K5 Blazer as well as an SM 420 transmission from a 62 Apache 20.
This channel is mostly to offer perspective as to what it's like using a truly CLASSIC car as transportation. Watch as I pilot my vehicle through scenic views, less than scenic views, and mind-numbing Southern California Traffic. Some of my videos involve general mechanical maintenance and upkeep of classic vehicles. There is some pre-1963 Chevrolet knowledge to be had here, but generally, the content is very light and inconsequential. I hope to get a laugh out of everyone and give you a glimpse of my old truck and funky world view.
