I couldn't even finish watching this video before turning to the comments section. The music is too loud, can't hear you properly, had to put in an effort hear. Why waste my time, I will go on to another video.

The unnecessary background noise / music devalued the educational importance of this video. Most people likely to benefit from this video will be adults / the elderly, who have type2, and it's the same people who are likely to have hearing difficulties. Did you listen to your video? Did you notice that the background noise drowned your voice? If I want to listen to music, this will not be the video or channel I will turn to. Moreover, your choice of music is certainly not everyone's kind of music. You may need to re-record this video, and if you choose to add music, let the music be discreet, almost not there kind of.

Diabetes is elevated blood glucose. It’s that simple. Stop eating carbohydrates. There is no requirement to eat a single gram of carbohydrates ever. Stop it and diabetes goes away. It is impossible to be a type 2 diabetic if you eat zero carbohydrates. That means carnivore. Try it. It works.

For anyone who was having the same problem as me. I kept not getting a reading so I poked myself about 7 times. I realize my error was that I was putting the blood on top of the testing strip (the gold part) where it actually needs to be on the side of the paper because then the blood goes between the papery layers and gets tested.

One month ago my blood results showed an AIC of 9.1, blood sugar of 279, and triglycerides of 1023. Three weeks of intermittent fasting, low sugar, and low carbs and the numbers were lowered to blood sugar of 129, and triglycerides of 453 - A1C is still 9.1, but I am confident that will be in the normal range in three months. It is true - You are what you eat - and when you eat!

I'm 22, had it since age 1 but it's only recently that I've grown an interest in how it affects my mental health. Been dipping in& out of diabetes burnout for some time despite my glucose levels being near perfect nowadays, it took so much micromanaging on my part that honestly I just want to give up. It's like your social battery never starts at more than 15%.
