I just checked. This is an exercise of rook vs pawn on the 2nd rank where the king moved all the way from b7 to c2 (moving downstairs in order to prevent a skewer on the c file) White underpromoted to a rook (c8=R) after Kc2: Black must've played Rd4 at some point, trying to catch white off guard with 1.c8=Q?? 2.Rc4+!! Qxc4 stalemate. The aforementioned line above is as follows: 1...Rd3+ 2.Kc2! Rd4!? 3.c8=R!! Only move to prevent mate is 3...Ra4! (Video's position) But then 4.Kb3 shuts everything down. Source: Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual by Mark Dvoretsky; ch. 8, pg.151, d8-1 'G. Barbier, F. Saavedra, 1895' The Saavedra line (look it up on google) is as follows: 1.c7 Rd6+ 2.Kb5! Rd5+ 3.Kb4 Rd4+ 4.Kb3 Rd3+ 5.Kc2! Rd4! 6.c8=R!! Ra4 (position in video) 7.Kb3! +- In other words, I'm not tripping balls.
