Hi I have just started doing gardens myself I can’t believe people pay that sort of cash in America I live in the north of Scotland and I have been gettin about £50 for a big really overgrown garden I am ruffly makin around £140 a day I have just started up but maybe the more experience I get I will start taking on different jobs and charging more 👍🏻😁

I agree with some of the other comments. I would like to see more specifics on SALES. Like, how to leverage Next Door, Facebook groups, and Google my Business. And, I'd like to see more on EDDM postcards and Door Hangers. Show us what a good EDDM card or Door hanger looks like that gets results. Then, perhaps you can talk about pricing a lawn cut properly. Based on the turf square footages, how much time will it take a 1 or 2 man crew to do the lawn. Many thanks, Steve

you`d be laughed out of my area with that set up - you`d be out of business in a month - just so you know they been making mowers that will cut 2 -3 times the width of your 21 inchers for over 30 years - of course your set up would only work in my area - cape cod - i f you only did lawns under 500 sq. ft

I've had an odd case. I saw a request for a lucrative weeding and stone installation job on a community forum a few weeks ago, and the customer has reached out to me. The weird part is that the customer just won't tell me the address. How am I supposed to do an estimate when I don't know where to go? Have you ever had cases like that?

I would like to see more see more deep in the point 1. sales. And then I have a question, now I have an average of 3 properties daily (week days), I’m working solo, when I can start to think about hiring people, I know that you are in DFW area, I’m in Houston area, I comment this just because I want to have a reference of how much to offer and how to retain, my first employee. I just don’t know what to offer. I would love to see the SOP’s that you should already have on place on how to hire. And how to close more sales.
