Sort of weird to have an audiobook of a book that is very much based around visual elements in the typography itself, physical cutouts in the pages, references to other pages and so on... Seems kind of impossible: but i'll have a listen and see how it goes.. Color me intrigued

hmm perhaps they do go further than lacan, that symbology itself is only one form of connection, and the symbolic order implies these symbols are written in the stars rather than directly here. so even if the SO exists, it is irrelevent, and that rhizomatic connections themselves must also be fractioned (as in there are non-connections, connections that only partially produce, or whose product is anti-production). the question i have still is from where or what does the vigor of production arise? "from its connections", but isnt this only the "rhizome-locating" machine speaking, that in its rendering of other "totalising" machines, it *disconnects* all other machines? For any other machine to speak, it would have to either profess ignorance or explicitly attack, even intentionally, the rhizome-virus? one is left as fascists were, sustaining their "machinery" only by sabotaging said machinery into an anti-rhizome, regardless what it was originally? speaking in viruses, this does make sense, and appears to function how the truth-virus i thought of works though i think a distinction can be made

This was an excellent listen. Prynne's prose was sort of written to be read out softly over a radio broadcast, conceivably from a space station orbiting the earth or some more distant planet. I will now hear it all in your voice and accent though, so thanks for that.

Ahhhh the idea of lo-fi/sci-fi Prynne texts to study/relax to issuing softly across empty space is beautiful
