This was awesome, so ig a good riven would have been toxin + multi + cd and then a good negative, one thing I want to see really badly is the negative projectile speed Rivens. The broken thing is while it doesn’t seem good the negative you can hit the enemy multiple times for some ludicrous numbers cause the weapon has infinite punch through

Curious question since the goal is quick kills wouldn’t primary deadhead be better since the goal is head shots for critical damage and both stack evenly and offer raw damage with the trade off being that deadhead offers 24second versus merciless 4seconds,also why terminal velocity cause it was my understanding that didn’t do much for riffle’s in general unless they show a fall off range in stats cause wouldn’t something like vigilante supplies or directed convergence or guided ordnance work better?
