Love this video! I’m working on my prerequisites and I’m hopefully entering nursing in the fall. When you said you are a BSN but you will be a RN I got confused because I thought BSN was more school than RN?

From my understanding, there are two ways to RN, ADN and BSN. BSN opens more job options and salary options. BSN is usually 4 years unless on an accelerated path. ADN is usually 1-2 years however you learn less and you have a drop in job options.

I am a nursing student and at school I am told nurses should not do nails. But i have seen a lot of nurses with nails. so what is your opinion on it?

It’s true, nurses shouldn’t have nails due to bacteria getting in places we can’t see. However, a lot of nurses get away with it! I got these nails before clinicals started, for me. So I was okay to have them. 🫶🏽
