EVERY single one of these Google videos are a year old! I wonder if that level of compatibility is still working or if DJI closed it down. I'd hate to drop over £500 on G2s only to find that they didn't work at all.

@@engineerfpv I was just wondering if the G2s worked with the Mavic Pro 3. All of the videos I have watched show that they do work BUT there is no access to the screen controller. So that would mean that using Intelligent modes etc. wouldn't be possible. I suppose turning the goggles of and on would allow this but that is an incredible inconvenience and may cause signal loss etc. I don't think it's worth the money for that. I had the Mavic Pro 2 and the white googles and that was fantastic. Why they have not provided this functionality with the MP3 is just insanely stupid. Thanks for the reply!

from googles 2 to smartcontroller? Only with capture card but dont do that. The DJI RC Pro works with mini 4( it has update) and it has hdmi out.

@@jakobergson are you 100% sure? You need to bind the goggles and you will have a warning on the controller.

in your goggles you should go and select the drone you are using. rather than the dji fpv system. then you are just gonna do the bind procedure ( holding the battery button for the mavic for 4 second....) and then you will view the signal through your goggles. but it wont let you arm/ fly. you then have to power off your goggles. arm your drone normally and while being in the air, power up your goggles and you should get signal

Here’s something. I’ve started using my mini 3 pro with my goggles 2 and motion controller 2. Every time I switch back and forth from the RCN1 controller to the motion controller 2 I have to switch binding devices. Is that normal? That’s a bit of a hassle. If I want to use the goggles I have to plug in my phone and go to the fly app and change binded devices. I hope they address this issue with a new firmware update

thats because of the motion controller it acts as a controller so every time you fly with other one you have to bind. On the latest update you can use 2 devices ( I own the rc pro and rc controller) without need to bind every time. But I can only use it for 4 or 5 times then my trial lets say runs out. And I need to fly again with the main controller and again the 2nd one. Otherwise i need to reregister. Well its a hustle as when I normally fly i prefer the rc pro. but when I am traveling or hiking and have lots of gear with me, i prefer the rc which is lighter. And I do need to to have internet connection to change from the main device.

@@engineerfpv I figured it out so you don’t ever have the binding problem. Just click on the goggles logo in the rc controller in the fly app if you want to use the goggles and motion controller. No more binding issues. Turn off the goggles and motion controller and go back to using the rc controller
