I have the 42" and after about 3 months of use the only thing that keeps the drawers in is the latches. The detent on the drawers that I use on the daily are basically nonexistent. It's a decent box. I'm an industrial maintenance tech and need to roll my box around and I have no complaints.

Love it! Wanna order a 72 setup with side lockers and possibly a hutch but the depth is the only big negative

One thing about the locking mechanism I discovered and liked as well: if you lock the box and have a drawer that’s still able to open due to not being closed all the way or whatever, you can just close the drawer and it’ll click in properly and then be locked. I know a lot of other boxes you’d have to unlock it, click the drawer in and then relock it

You should put all your sockets in one drawer so they aren’t scattered in lots of drawers

Removing the hood first will make servicing easier, especially accessing the fuel filter. Just detach the light harness and it will come off easy. I've yet to figure how to grease the driveshaft zerk without remvong the mower deck first. My dealer agreed that was the only way. I'd like to know your trick as that would be a big timesaver. Thanks for the video!

I have tekton wrenches and really like them. They have metric set of wrenches with no skips. I also have angle wrenches from tekton that come in supper handy.

semi deeps in chrome and impact and impacting swivels have made wrenching for me much more enjoyable. plus they get you into those tough spots. also the double reversible ratching wrenches from harbor fright has made alot of jobs so much easier. probably my most used wrenches by far. theyre the same wrenches from matco, mountain, carlyle and a few others. some have 90 tooth and others have 72 tooth. nice box. looking forward to the updated tour.

I have the same box along with the 56 inch bolted to it. Its a nice box for a DIYer but I cant see how any mechanic whose collection is evolving would not outgrow these fast. Drawers on most tool truck boxes are 50% deeper. Makes a huge difference.
@RandomBacteria

Honestly the main reason I got this box is because when my snapon guy told me how much the comparison would be I thought I could buy another one once I outgrow the one I got now. Or I might just wait till another sale and buy an addition box.

For any impact sockets or tools I recommend grey pneumatic I have a few sets I love them. VIM Tools has a long that won’t break the bank either from sockets and ratchet to organizers and any and all hex/torq bits you’ll ever need. Gearwrench for wrenches of any kinds. Great tour not bad for what you have so far!

I just warrantied a broken hex socket with Sunex. It was similar as Tekton's warranty, except Sunex doesn't give up any type of confirmation after submitting the picture and info. It took about a week to show up.
