The skin is the largest organ in our body so I've always been leery of it and besides, natural sun exposure is healthy and without it we get sick, including developing melanoma which is prevalent in many that avoided sun exposure whether on purpose or because of work/career according to Dr. Max Gulhane, Dr. Jack Kruse and Dr. Alexis Cowan. UV light across the entire spectrum triggers so many crucial biological processes in the human body like charging our mitochondria, stimulating melanin and collagen production and converting via our dermis, cholesterol to D3. Of course, too much of anything is not good and this includes sun exposure but there are ways to reduce burning other than blocking the sun with sunscreen and one is to eliminate the consumption of seed oils, the other is red and near infrared light therapy. Those that avoid seed oils (ie. those on the carnivore diet) are finding out that they no longer get sunburned as easily as before they changed their diet and in reference to red light therapy, (660 nm) only 20 minutes exposure daily is enough to stimulate melanin production which is a natural way to minimize and in some, eliminate a sunburn. About supplements, what about biotin? What about castor oil topically? Interesting info on topical vitamin C. Thanks, I enjoyed this and have learned new info.

24:00 How much sun should we be getting everyday? Wherever you are, as much as possible, be outside. If it’s too hot, get in the shade, grounded, but stay outdoors. Also, Dr. Alexis is an ८Ångel ✌🏽

Water in the body is full of solutes. It is never 'pure' water. In our body it's the solutes that most affect viscosity. Why are podcasters, even "Drs", unable to ask critical questions?

I love her...and I loved the ending especially because she's not afraid to bring up the spiritual aspects (benefits) of honoring our connection to nature. I'm not a religious person but as she says, once you take some steps on a healing journey, you can't help but feel like going further. I'm filled every day with a deep sense of respect and even awe at how hard my body tries to maintain stasis. I do weird things that I never thought about doing before, such as thanking my water, or even my hands. Frankly, I don't know how anyone can wake up each day and not be astounded by life, and our chance to witness it. I wish everyone a beautiful day, every day. 😊

Great interview! Dr Cowan makes SO MUCH SENSE!!! I’ve been avoiding the Sun for 40 years due to the medical propaganda we’ve been given. 🤯 Since discovering her I’ve been adding in her protocols by building my solar callus, grounding, blue blocking ect. I definitely feel the difference both mentally and physically. 🌞☀️🌅

Here’s a very cogent question. Recently an Italian team of scientists, Mauro Petrillo, Carlo Brogna, Simone Cristoni, Magdalen’s Querci, Ornalla Piazza, Guy Van den Eede published their study that found, for the first time, that the virus can invade the bacteria of the gut and live there causing not just problems in the present, but, since there are very serious concerns about a more virulent Varient emerging that the vaxed population will have no choice but to keep out, completely, with prophylactics, to survive, if the microbiome of the gut has become a Trojan horse for the virus, then, it will have to be killed off, of necessity, in order to save the host/person in the hope that the virus will have nowhere to go, or nothing to live off. Apparently the antibiotic that worked best out of all the antibiotics they tested, is Metronidazole. What does Dr Hazan think about this new development and how would she address the issue of handling the loss of the microbiome? It is a serious problem right now because many scientists, virologists, immunologists are very worried about how to prophylactically protect the population if the virus is staying put in the bacteria of their gut. Prophylactics will not work. That’s a disaster waiting to happen. What is the answer?

I am not saying your wrong but how inflammation is communicated to people like you did leads to the fads and dangerous fake science actors pushing things like chiropracticory. Inflammation is a normal response to almost anything going on in your body. Working out, increased body temp, body chemistry disfunction, medobolic shifts, etc. This short is like walking in on people mid conversation talking about hyperthermia, and suddenly you say h1n1 as the cause of increased body temperature. The focus is on the wrong part. I hope you understand my point. You could have an interesting point about atp but it's lost in the sauce.

Imagine having a sufficient knowledge of biomarker biology after 5th grade 😂 while I’d love to empower people to take charge of their health, it’s important to note that a certain level of education should be obtained to make well informed and accurate choices about our health. I can’t say I had a deep understanding of that after 5th grade. I don’t know a single person who does.
