I have been a football fan since 2010 and have followed every European football season since but that doesn't mean I don't like cricket. When I used to see what it feels like to be called your country the best in the world at any sport it generated a sense of pride in me. Whenever I used to see Spain, Germany, Barcelona, and Man Utd celebrating their trophies I used to think when we are going to do that? Cricket gave that opportunity to billions of people like me, so yeah we are going to celebrate on the victory parade. And yes that handicapped-looking Kumble played a match with a broken jaw, and VVS Laxman batted a whole day with back pain. So yes we can compare cricket with Ludo, carrom. Now coming to Indian football, it is a completely big pile of shite. The player couldn't even make a cross-field pass, and have literally zero skill. They couldn't even run with the ball. Watching Indian football is a complete waste of time. Even Sunil Chhetri agreed that the level of Indian football is very very poor. Some people will say we lack infrastructure, fan support etc and still couldn't beat Afghanistan. Hein?? What infrastructure, fans, and government support do they have? Football on a global scale is huge and cricket is nothing compared to its popularity but we should not get confused with Indian football vs Cricket. Because Indian football is shite.

Lol dude the audacity you have to say this, I am a huge cricket fan and sport enthusiast but badminton is an Olympic sport and cricket is not even close (in Los Angeles it will be introduced, no certainty to a permanent place in the Olympics yet for cricket, as of now) while badminton is played in over 176 countries, cricket is still trying to make space for itself internationally (there are 96 offical associated teams with ICC), TRY AND STAY HUMBLE. I KNOW ITS HARD BUT WAKE UP TO REALITY. Sports should be celebrated cause it brings people together
