กินเยอะ ระวังร่างกายร้อนเกินไปนะครับ จะทำให้ไม่สบายได้ ต้องกินแต่พอดี หรือถ้ากินเยอะ ต้องตามด้วยผลไม้มังคุด(mangoteen) จะแก้ความร้อนได้

You want to eat a lot - yes, sweet durian is delicious, but eating too much can cause gastritis - you should buy a mangosteen because the mangosteen is the queen of fruits. You should buy it and eat it together as well, it can relieve gastritis.

Hey,in three weeks we are off to Bangkok and I really want to reduce my trash when traveling to Thailand. Can you tell us how easy or hard is it in Bangkok to bring your own container and cutlery to a street food stall? Wil it be ok to ask them to put the food in our container or is it rather unpolite to do so? Thanks for your work. best

Hey! Thai people really appreciate it when you provide them with a reusable. Just say: "Mai aow plastic ka" (I don't want plastic thank you). And then: "Sai ani, dai mai ka" (Can you put in here please?). Enjoy your trip!

@@RootTheFuture The volcanic durian in Srisaket is the best sublime one I ever had. Its flavor like creamy custard melting in your mouth is so tasty.Without smell or strong odor,it’s very easily to eat for any foreigners who never experienced durian before. Small seeds and very thin peel are the advantages to make sure that you’ll get full lobes from them.I recommend durians from Khunharn and Kantaluck prefectures in Srisaket.

Thai people know how to live!! I lived there for 5 years. I know Santi Asoke well, went there often, daily. Been vegan for 30 years. The best most affordable food in the world is with Santi Asoke in thailand!
