Hi Vish, no only one list per Power Apps. What I recommend is using the main list and then edit the power apps to add the other list inside of it, you can have multiple lists in any Power Apps, you are able to edit the Power Apps after generation.

under 'List group members' (which you can see at 2:09 above) select 'Advanced options' and increase the number for 'Top' to a higher number such as 999 which is the maximum.

In desktop automate , one email have multiple data to crop. I am able to successfully crop (using flag between two text) only first set of data. I not able to crop the next ...set of text data in that same email. How to do that?

I recommend to only use desktop if it makes sense, if you have Excel connector in Power Automate why go to desktop? Shape your process in Power Automate first focus there, only use desktop if it is really required.

Correct, since it is a Sharepoint List you can attach different files to any item that you have there in your kanban board.

Correct, you can also do different color coding based upon the criteria you need. I created my example in the video, but if you have other needs you can change it.

Hello Ramon! Thanks for sharing the video. Similar to your video, I am trying to copy two data columns: Title (Name) & email (person field). However, when I run the flow I get the following error message: A 'PrimitiveValue' node with non-null value was found when trying to read the value of a navigation property; however, a 'StartArray' node, a 'StartObject' node, or a 'PrimitiveValue' node with null value was expected. Would you be able to point out what is wrong here? Thanks in advance for your help :)

Make sure the columns have the same type, make sure you are inserting the information into the correct column names. Wrong spelling is can issue on inserting or wrong data types, just make sure to compare and do a good analysis of the data structure from source to target and you should succeed.

@@ramonck the columns have the same type but based on what I researched it says I need to insert "ID" somewhere for person field. A lil unsure as to where I would insert it in the flow you shared. :)

@@dhinaashineerajendran5038 So the field type is different, because if it was the same you would not be worried about building a person field. Building the person field for insertion is not easy you have to do deeper research on this topic. The scope of the video was simple copy paste of same field names and types, building a name field for insertion is higher complexity.
