That's correct. Only the penthouses have air conditioning. In Vancouver this is quite normal. Most buildings do not have air conditioning at all. Moving forward it will be mandatory for new buildings to have a heating/cooling but this was not the case until recently.

Northeast facing is the best because of the morning sun, then the condo is nice and cool for the rest of the day. Love that rooftop patio.

I love the kitchen. Normally I go for light colors but that dark color is gorgeous and I love the wine wall :o) Cozy living room and the love the colors of the furniture. And I agree with you Nina, I love the bathroom :o) Great tour, thanks so much :o)

Wow, that's a nice home. Just found your channel today, recommended by KZfaq and posted on another of your Videos of a home tour in Canada (Mullet house). I'm a Washington, DC native and really looking to purchase a 2nd home hopefully in the near future, to make main home in a more southern Florida, Ft. Lauderdale warmer climate and rent out of my Washington, DC home which I had remodeled/gutted. Canada above the eastern US is Toronto though, so I don't know the weather, warmer, in Vancouver above the western US? Love your home tours! 💯💯💯

That home is so nice! Channel recommended today by KZfaq, and I must say, you do a great job presenting those homes and the videography is superb! Seems your channel is pretty new and I'm sure you're going to grow to phenomenal numbers in subscribers. Canada is beautiful, but, for me, too cold in the winter, I'm in Washington, DC, DC native actually. Thank goodness we don't get nearly as much snow as New York, Ohio, Michigan, etc. since those states are right under Canada basically; I don't even want to deal with the cold and bit of snow DC does get. But I'm speaking of Canada above the eastern US, Toronto. Don't know much about the weather in Vancouver which is above Western US, warmer I suppose? "What is a Mullet home." Now I know. I've seem them remodeled like that home here in DC, front original details, but the back, tall glass updated modern. Thinking of next home in a warmer part of the country; more southern part of Florida, Ft. Lauderdale possibly. But your homes tours are so good. 😊👍🏽👍🏽
