I must say, I ENJOYED THAT............. It's nice hearing something that's 'nothing extrodinary' just pleasant. He has a nice voice, the playing was very nice and if I was there on a nice day, I would of really apreciated that band's contribution to a beautiful day out. "Good on them".

Good job on a tricky song to get it right - you could do with another member to add some 'bottom end', though - Bass or Cello or Bass-Melodian.

That was very cute. I remember when I saw the title of the track for the first time way back when on John Denver's Back Home Again album, I had not yet heard the song yet and I thought it was going to be a sad song about Grandma passing away. I was very pleasantly surprised when I heard it for the first time, and I love the tune.
@cheeriosupmynose692 ай бұрын
It's a sweet, quirky little tune. Ted does it at every show and always pulls either kids or even adults up onto the stage to perform it. I actually look forward to this number each show. 😊

true Lightfoot fans must appreciate… folk / music , fans? … *also* must love …. It’s a sly , “meta”-lyric : hey, I “Gordon Lightfoot” did indeed write “Sundown,” “Wreck of,” “If … Mind” … and Bob Dylan loves my work 😂 🤯 ! …. - Soo What *is* it like, to be “me” ? Here’s a sly (honest) reflection, on it all: for the fans ; > is what Gordon Lightfoot is doing , w this … ☺️ Ya gotta luv Lightfoot 🎉❤😅.
