It’s a beautiful home, but the lot seems rather small considering the size of the house. It’s *DEFINITELY* not a $3.4 Million home by *ANY* stretch of the imagination!!! The one thing I don’t like (other than that ridiculous price tag) is that brick/brick veneer around the range - and what’s up with that bed squished into the loft area of that one room?? 🤷🏼‍♂️ It IS a beautiful house - love the reclaimed wood and all the natural light. But that price is laughable.

I swear, realtors in and around the Asheville area have lost every last ounce of their ever-loving minds!!! It’s a nice house, no doubt. But it damn sure ain’t no $13 MILLION worth of nice - *ESPECIALLY* for being in Asheville. This house is *EASILY* listed at twice what it’s actually worth!! Interest rates are the highest they’ve been in 22 years. Homelessness is a HUGE problem in the area. There are, quite literally, *ZERO* jobs in the whole region anyone could have to afford this house. It’s almost to the point where housing is too expensive (buying OR renting) for those who live there to afford it without having double (or more) a home’s normal occupancy just to be able to afford rent and to eat. Such exorbitant costs of living simply don’t make sense for the area. Realtors obviously thinking they’re in LA, Miami or NYC or something. It’s truly unfathomable.

Wonder what theyre asking for such a property there.
