Because he is a God, he is basically ruling over his own property since the world belongs to God) The holy grail therefore, belongs to Gilgamesh since everything in the world belongs to Gilgamesh and all the other heroic servants are thieves. He is fighting (somewhat) in the grail war to punish the thieves who are trying to steal his treasure. Rider admits that the Holy Grail belongs to Gilgamesh. If Gilgamesh wants to, he will just give the grail to anyone but he doesn't need to give it because the other servants do not acknowledge him as their king. In fact he is even pissed off because the other servants are so ignorant that they don't even recognize him. Rider doesn't acknowledge Gilgamesh to be his king but he does acknowledge that the rightful owner of the grail is Gilgamesh because he acknowledges that Gilgamesh owns the entire world. But since he is a conqueror, he is basically trying to take away the grail through right of conquest and is in rebellion of Gilgamesh's rule

For those who don't know the backstory of Lancelot: Lancelot was the strongest Knight of the Round Table. He can be said to be good friends with King Arthur. This is why his Noble Phantasm in this Holy Grail War, Knight of Owner: A Knight does not die with empty hands, is the ability to use anything as a Noble Phantasm. From the light pole he used when he first appeared, to the fighter jet that he hijacked and then to the submachine guns he is wielding in this episode. Lancelot is also well known for keeping his identity disguised and entering tournaments and competitions and winning for the sake of others. This is where his concealment Noble Phantasm, For Someone's Glory: Not for one's own glory, came to be. Although, as a Berserker he is unable to utilise this Noble Phantasm properly as it was intended to be, it still managed to keep his identity concealed before he pulled out his signature weapon Arondight. The downfall and madness of Lancelot came from love. He fell in love with and started an affair with Queen Guinevere, the wife of King Arthur. When the affair got discovered, King Arthur merely banished him from the Knights of the Round Table instead. Due to him betraying the knightly code that he lived for, betraying his master and friend King Arthur, Lancelot felt guilty and wanted to be punished. However, instead of being punished severely, he was merely exiled. The guilt he carried made him go insane instead. Interesting is the fact that beyond Rider'speech and the belittling of Saber... They all know Saber was right. The king in his position is always alone. After Alexander's death his trusted generals turned on each other and those loyal to Alexander like Eumenes (the dude looking alike Velvet Waver) got killed, the others founded their own dinasty, like Ptolemaios becoming Egypt pharaoh. Meanwhile Gilgamesh had only one single individual he considered as a friend and peer (Enkidu). So they were all equally alone, without anyone to share their burden with.

He once again chose the Majority by rejecting the grail. Chad Kiritsugu upon realizing the Grail is an evil thing. Fate: Heavens feel, reveals that an evil spirit is within the grail. Should a greater grail, one uncorrupted by an evil spirit appear. Kiritsugu could actually have removed the evil from within people. But sadly this grail was a demon.

Berserker must have been weakened by his master dying. Since he consumes a lot of Mana to function.
